Upon making a reservation, a 25% deposit is required to secure the booking.
The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If payment is not received at the due date, it will be understood that the client desists from the reservation and the agency will proceed to cancellation, keeping the deposit as cancellation expenses.

Upon cancellation by the client after paying either the deposit or the total price, he shall compensate the agency for management of cancellation expenses equalling the 25% deposit, together with any rightly justified annulment expenses.
Should cancellation occur between 14 and 8 days prior to departure, the penalty will be 50% and within 7 days or no show a 100% of the total price.

In the event of special contracting conditions, clearly explained to the client when making the reservation, the agency will revert on the client any economic consequences derived from cancellation.

Cancellations due to medical reasons can be covered by travel insurance, which is strongly recommended.

Full refunds will be made in the event of cancellation on the part of A Vip Trip unless such a cancellation is caused by force majeure.

There will be no refunds for any unused portion of the tour decided by the client.

As required by Law, the agency informs clients of the existence of travel assistance and cancellation insurance for added protection and convenience during travel and as protection against possible cancellation charges.

A Vip Trip offers a wide selection of travel insurance policies. Please let us know if you would like to contract travel insurance via our agency and we will provide you with the policy which best suits your personal needs.

A Vip Trip private driver or guide will welcome the client at the airport, train station or port after they have exited the restricted customs area and will have a sign with the guest’s name.
Please advise any specials at time of booking (car seats, wheelchairs, excessive luggage).
For departure transfers it is the client´s responsibility to confirm with the airline with which they are traveling the amount of time in advance they should arrive at the airport.

Guests will be collected by their private driver or guide at their hotel reception desk.
Only exception is the tour to the Alhambra in Granada, where the meeting point will be at the
Alhambra ticket booth, where the map of the Alhambra hangs out, unless specified otherwise in the booking.

Tours with car & driver only will be executed in vehicles in excellent condition by a professional private driver.
Private city walking tours are on foot and performed by an official local expert guide.
For a most complete service we recommend a combination of both.
Prices do not include entrance tickets unless they were specifically included in the program.

It would be our pleasure to organize visits to any other sites on request, make reservations for a bike tour, cooking class, lunch or dinner, entry tickets to a flamenco show, bull fight, soccer game, etc. Preferably in advance

A Vip Trip S.L. reserves the right to change itineraries and/or substitute services, hotels or restaurants of equal quality, given that justified circumstances should arise.

If the agency should be forced to modify main elements of the tour, the client shall receive notice as soon as possible, offering the possibility of cancelling the tour with a full refund, or accepting the modification of the initial route. If the agency receives no answer, it will be understood that the client wishes to cancel the reservation.

A Vip Trip will be responsible for the consequences of the non-execution or defective execution of the tour if this is a result of its proceeding. Nevertheless, the agency will be exempt from this responsibility due to force majeur or facts that neither the agency nor its suppliers have been able to avoid or when the cause is attributable to the client or a third person.

The client shall communicate to the agency in a written form and as soon as possible any non-fulfilment in the execution of the tour that may have been noticed.

Prior to travel, verify that you have all required travel documentation like a valid passport, travel visa, national identification document, etc.

Be sure to have received all the necessary information from your retail agent regarding documentation specifically required for your trip regarding prices, content of the services, extent of the obligations under contract, possibilities and procedure in case of cancellation, schedules and locations of the different stopovers and connection points, as well as the class or category in seating arrangements for any transport during travel as well as 24-hour assistance on behalf of the organizer, in addition to advice regarding optional subscription of insurance covering the cost of cancellation and/or assistance insurance covering the cost of repatriation in case of accident, illness, or death, and information regarding any probable risks implicit to destinations and the tour under contract in compliance with Spanish Law.
